General basis of rates

Our wedding booking rate, which covers up to five hours is on average £550.00, including value added tax, as well as, an impressive 150 miles free. There are no additional costs for the chauffeur or fuel, so in effect our rates reflect an all inclusive price. In the unlikely event of our costs increasing, ie fuel, your original booking quotation stands. Equally if fuel drops to 10p a gallon, you won't get a refund.

Any additional services, by way of special requirements, tickets, newspapers etc, are offered at their cost price.

Hourly rates are on average £150 per hour, excluding weddings, and only after eight hours have passed does the rate increase to £200 per hour to cover overtime rates, again including value added tax, for the all inclusive price. Our hours have a 30 minute period of grace as well. Rates will vary according to location, season and special requirements.

The first 150 miles is free, which is more than enough for the vast majority of bookings. In the unlikely event of having to go beyond that, then an additional £1.00 per mile is chargeable to cover increased costs.

Extras are kept to a minimum so we have endeavoured to minimise the need for extra miles or time, for example all rates include, value added tax, chauffeur, fuel and 150 miles. Our rates vary according to season, location and duration.

The Gransport Spyder is charged at the same rate as our Quattroporte's, but is offered at 25% discount rate if ordered in conjunction with our Quattroporte's.

If a booking is based on an hourly rate, ie Airport Transfers, then each booking attracts a 30 minute period of grace . Times are counted when the chauffeur arrives with the client, until such time as he or she is no longer required. If you are satisfied with the service your chauffeur has provided, you may thank him or her with a small gratuity.
